Our salon uses an appointment system as we consider the time of each customer as valuable.
In case of a delayed arrival, we may need you to wait during your treatment in order to avoid any inconvenience to other customers. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
- In the unlikely event you are not completely delighted with our services.we will redo your hair for free within 10 days of your treatment.
- Please select your products carefully as we do not exchange or refund.
- Please bring your Gift Voucher for exchange at time of treatment. All Gift Vouchers are valid only until the stated expiry date. Gift Vouchers lost or stolen are void. Gift Vouchers are non transferable.
